The 48-Cylinder Motorcycle Engine

This anatomically gifted ride holds the Guinness World Record for the largest number of cylinders on a vehicle. Simon Whitelock of the UK built it using 16 Kawasaki KH250 4-cylinder engines for a total of 4200 CCs of completely street legal power. It’s named Tinker Toy after a particular American B-17 bomber that was shot down over Germany in 1943.

The Bonhams auction house is offering the ride for sale at a classic motorcycle show on April 21 at Stafford in central England.

It looks kind of hard to steer, but a YouTube video shows Whitelock riding it successfully.
