Trooper Ryan Vanvleck of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol pulled over an unidentified motor vehicle that, thankfully, stayed on the ground. He issues a warning to the two aliens inside for having an obstructed license plate. Otherwise, I suppose, it must have been street legal.
The ladies (one of whom is, appropriately, giving a Vulcan salute) were on their way to the UFO Festival in Roswell, New Mexico, which was from July 5-7. They're properly equipped for the event.
